Gold’s Gym fitness instructor JP Camacho is leading step aerobics classes every Friday at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The class uses platforms, rhythmic movement, and dynamic music to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. It can accommodate 20-25 people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Camacho designed the class to provide a high-intensity cardio workout with minimal joint stress, building endurance, reducing fat, and boosting mood.
The class covers a range of exercises for the legs, upper body, and core, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and agility. Camacho promises an engaging and motivating experience that challenges participants while keeping things fun. He assures fans of his spin classes that they will continue alongside the step aerobics.
The class is free for Gold’s Gym members, $20 for non-members, and $15 for non-members accompanying a Gold’s Gym member.
