A tragic incident occurred in Houston when a private helicopter crashed into a radio tower, resulting in multiple deaths. Police Chief J. Noe Diaz reported that there were four people on board, including a child, and that there were multiple fatalities. The crash sparked a large fire in the city’s Second Ward neighborhood, causing the blaze to spread up to three blocks before it was extinguished. Fortunately, no injuries were reported on the ground, as businesses in the area were closed at the time of the accident. The helicopter involved in the crash was identified as a Robinson R44, and the identities of the individuals on board have not been disclosed. Authorities have stated that both the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration will be conducting investigations into the incident to determine the cause of the crash.
