Highly touted quarterback recruit Brady Hart has made the decision to flip his commitment from Michigan to Texas A&M and will now be reclassifying to the 2025 recruiting cycle. The 16-year-old Hart made the announcement on social media, changing his profile to reflect his commitment to Texas A&M and posting a picture of himself in an Aggies uniform with the hashtag #GigEm. This move comes on the heels of another high-profile commitment flip, with the No. 1 prospect Bryce Underwood switching his commitment from LSU to Michigan.
Hart, who also considered LSU during the recruiting process, plans to attend the Texas-Texas A&M game and will enroll early at College Station in December. He had originally committed to Michigan in June but decided to make the switch to Texas A&M, becoming coach Mike Elko’s 22nd commit for the 2025 class. Elko was in need of a quarterback after another recruit had flipped his commitment to Southern Cal earlier in the month.
Hart, who led his high school team to a state championship, finished this season with impressive stats of 3,293 yards and 32 touchdowns. He expressed his excitement about joining Texas A&M, stating that he felt it was the perfect place for him to continue his football journey.
