Democratic senators call on Pentagon to address soaring military housing costs


Brenden Taylor, a Marine for 11 years, struggled to find affordable housing near Camp Pendleton in Southern California due to rising rents. A study by Harvard University found that U.S. median rents increased 25% from 2021 to 2023, while incomes only rose 5%.
