The University of Wyoming Athletics Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2025, which includes NFL MVP Josh Allen, along with other standout athletes. Allen, who played football for the Cowboys from 2015-2017, set records and led the team to success before being drafted by the Buffalo Bills. Other inductees include Casey Bramlet, Curt Jimerson, Hugh Lowham, Mike Mulvaney, Lori Kline Waddell, and John Wendling, who all excelled in their respective sports during their time at Wyoming.
Bramlet, the Cowboys’ all-time leader in passing yards, had a successful football career both in college and in the NFL. Jimerson broke barriers as a men’s basketball player at Wyoming, becoming the first man of color to earn a scholarship and all-conference honors. Lowham was a star wrestler who helped lead the team to multiple championships. Mulvaney made a name for himself in baseball, earning honors and setting records at Wyoming before being drafted by the Cincinnati Reds. Waddell, a standout women’s basketball player, set records for blocked shots and rebounds during her career. Wendling, a standout safety for the Cowboys, excelled both on the field and in the classroom, earning academic honors and going on to play in the NFL.
The Hall of Fame has recognized these athletes for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the University of Wyoming’s athletic legacy.
