Raffle tickets for Wyoming Game and Fish Commissioner’s license now on sale

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department Commissioner’s license raffle tickets are now on sale, with proceeds benefiting the Wyoming Hunger Initiative. Led by First Lady Jennie Gordon, the Food from the Field program aims to address food insecurity by allowing hunters to donate deer and elk meat to food pantries across the state. Since its start in 2019, the program has distributed nearly 70,000 pounds of sustainable meat. The Commissioner licenses, which offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase a deer, antelope, or elk tag for any open unit in the state, are awarded to nonprofit and charitable organizations each year. The Wyoming Hunger Initiative is one of the beneficiaries of these licenses. Ticket sales for the raffle are limited and will be available until April 4. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the Wyoming Hunger Initiative website. This is a great opportunity for hunters to give back to their community while also having a chance to win a unique hunting experience.
