Liam James Cobb, a beloved 19-year-old from Casper, Wyoming, passed away near Medicine Bow on April 9, 2025. Liam was known for his curiosity, love of animals, and passion for physical fitness and goal setting. He excelled in hockey and cycling, winning numerous championships. Liam’s engineering and mathematical mind was both beautiful and complex, leading him to seek understanding in various areas, including financial investing and leadership.
Liam is survived by his parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. In honor of his life, the family encourages deepening relationships and checking in on loved ones. Donations can be made to the Douglas Youth Hockey Club or to a mental health organization.
A prayer vigil service and funeral liturgy will be held, with Father William Hill presiding. Attendees are encouraged to wear bright colors or sports jerseys in honor of Liam. The Gorman Funeral Homes-Converse Chapel is handling the arrangements.
